EXCEL MR Property Services

I’m Ata, and I’ve been working in the building trade for over 35 years. I began my training in carpentry and tiling in my home country, Turkey, where I developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail. For the past 18 years, I’ve continued my work here in the UK, building a solid reputation for quality, reliability, and a genuine passion for transforming homes.

Over the years, I’ve worked both self-employed and within established companies, gaining experience across all aspects of home improvement — including plastering, tiling, decorating, painting, landscaping, fencing, carpentry, kitchen installation, and complete bedroom and bathroom renovations. Every project I take on is completed to the highest standard, with precision and pride in my workmanship.

My career has also taken me into another passion of mine — food. As a qualified chef, I owned and fully renovated three restaurants, two of which became award-winning Turkish restaurants known for their beautiful interiors and welcoming atmosphere. After several successful years in hospitality, I decided to return to what I love most: creating and improving homes for people, bringing spaces to life with skill, care, and attention to detail.

Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, countryside walks with my wife Pammy and our dog Pasha, and traveling — especially to Turkey and other beautiful destinations around the world.
